Life is ten percent what you experience and ninety percent how you respond to it. - Dorothy M. Neddermeyer
Confidence comes in many forms. It is pretty common for someone to feel really confident about some things in their life or even a lot of things, and to not feel confident at all about other things. For example, you may be a great cook and have confidence in the kitchen, but that confidence doesn’t always translate when you want to learn a new skill or ask your boss for that raise.
Perhaps you have tried before and it didn’t go well, so you just gave up. That memory is stored in your subconscious mind and so you remember that it was hard or you think that you’re just not good at it. Our subconscious mind likes repetition, so if you tell yourself over and over you are not good enough or you can’t change, then you begin to believe it is true.
Well, I’m here to tell you that you can change if you want to! Using hypnosis, we talk to your subconscious mind which loves to learn, and we teach it to think differently. Before you know it you will be asking out that person you have wanted to date, or giving that awesome presentation at work, or climbing to the top of Mount Hood. The sky’s the limit.
Hypnotherapy for Low Self-Confidence is pretty easy to change and everyone can benefit from improving their confidence. Check out some of the client stories on gaining confidence here or call Trisha now and let’s raise your confidence.
