Clients have the responsibility to keep all appointments as scheduled. Confirmation and reminders are sent out via an automated calendar system. 48-hour notice is requested for appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled. Full session fee is expected for appointments cancelled same day or missed appt./no-shows. Sessions cancelled the day before will be required to pay a $50 fee. Payment of the fee is required before any future sessions are held.

My Approach:

Hypnosis is a natural state of selective, focused attention and a means of communication between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. In hypnosis, the ability to communicate with the mind is enhanced and intensified. When hypnotized, an individual is very open to suggestions that can enhance the positive and diminish the negative which can reduce or resolve many issues.

‘BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Technique®’, a method of working with personal issues created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It does not use hypnosis, nor does it employ any concepts that might be considered mystical or unscientific – it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and for it to succeed only needs you to know what you want to change in your life. As a Certified Practitioners I have been trained to deliver BWRT® level I & level II and adhere to a strict ethical code.

Audio Recordings:

There are times when it may be feasible to record a hypnosis session to either provide a recording to you to use outside my office or for my own reference to improve my client’s well-being. At any time you may request that a session not be recorded or that it be erased/deleted. You may also request to listen to the recording at any time. These recordings are confidential and will only be used by Trisha A. Jones.
